Key Responsibilities
1. Insurance Coordination

Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Operations,
Projects, and Site Teams to collect required data and documents for
insurance placement, renewals, and claims processing.

Liaise with insurance companies, brokers, surveyors, and other
stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of insurance activities.
2. Policy Placement & Administration

Gather and validate information required for insurance policy placement.

Support the preparation and submission of proposal forms and related
documentation.

Respond to underwriting queries and provide necessary risk-related
information for policy issuance.
3. Risk Assessment Support
-
Collect risk-related data from project sites and relevant departments.

Coordinate with insurers' risk engineering teams for risk evaluation and
implementation of recommendations.

Assist in identifying suitable coverage requirements based on business
needs.
4. Claims Management
-
Coordinate with site teams, finance, and surveyors for claim
documentation.

Ensure timely submission of claim-related documents and follow up with
insurers for claim settlement.

Track claim status and maintain records of ongoing and closed claims.
5. Policy Renewals & Record Management
-
Manage policy renewals and monitor policy expiry timelines.

Review changes in business requirements and update RFQs accordingly.

Maintain accurate insurance records, policy schedules, claim registers,
and MIS reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
-
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

3–7 years of experience in corporate insurance, risk management, policy
administration, or claims handling.

Good understanding of insurance policies, underwriting processes, and
claims management.

Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation management.
-
Experience in infrastructure, renewable energy, power, manufacturing, or
similar industries will be preferred.
