Job Purpose
The Project Head will lead the execution and delivery of Bajaj Finserv's
flagship
One Finserv Campus
project by representing the organization's strategic and operational
priorities on-site. The role is responsible for ensuring excellence in project
execution, governance, quality, safety, compliance, and stakeholder management
while collaborating closely with developers, PMC, consultants, and internal
leadership.
This position requires a strong execution mindset, technical expertise in
commercial construction, and the ability to drive complex projects within
timelines, quality standards, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
-
Lead end-to-end execution of the One Finserv Campus project.

Ensure timely completion of project milestones through detailed planning and
execution tracking.

Prepare and share periodic project reports, dashboards, and progress
updates.

Escalate critical issues requiring management intervention.

Coordinate closely with PMC, consultants, contractors, and developers
throughout project execution.

Manage all site activities and supervise Site Engineers and execution teams.

Ensure execution aligns with approved designs, specifications, timelines,
budgets, and quality standards.

Drive proactive issue resolution and coordinate decision-making with senior
management.
Developer & Consultant Management
-
Review project designs, execution methodologies, construction schedules, and
material specifications.
-
Ensure consultants deliver drawings and documentation within agreed
timelines.
-
Validate on-site execution against approved commitments and project
requirements.
-
Coordinate with architects, engineers, specialist consultants, and
contractors for seamless project delivery.
Technical Leadership

Lead technical reviews covering:

Interior finishes

Landscaping works

Ensure compliance with Bajaj Finserv's engineering standards and project
specifications.

Project Governance & Risk Management

Implement robust PMO frameworks including:

Project schedules

Strong on-site execution experience with reputed developers, EPC
organizations, or real estate companies.

Exposure to large, technology-enabled infrastructure and commercial
developments.
