reporting, including mandatory disclosures and stricter compliance
standards under SEBI - BRSR, RBI Climate disclosures and Sustainability
Accounting Standards Board (SASB) disclosure requirements.

Investor Demand: Growing investor and raters-rankers interest in ESG
factors and the need for transparent, and reliable ESG reporting.

Job Purpose:
·
Serve as the
Pillar for Environmental reporting
, bringing
niche subject matter expertise
for the annual, high-quality corporate ESG/Sustainability Report,
(Environmental Reporting portion) ensuring alignment with global standards
(e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and regulatory requirements (e.g., BRSR).

Act as a
Catalyst for continuous improvement for sustainability reporting
by engaging with ESG and Admin SPoC’s across all group companies.
Proactively interpret and implement evolving Sustainability trends to
ensure the Group remains at the forefront of sustainability best
practices.
·
FY32 Technical Roadmap:
Under the guidance of the Group ESG Lead, serve as the
primary architect to strategize, organize and implement the Group-level
technical roadmap
required to achieve ambitious
FY32 Carbon Neutrality (Scope 1 and 2) targets.
·
Enhanced Scope 3 Strategy:
Ideate and expand the reporting boundary
as per industry best practices and benchmarking to include
additional Scope 3 emissions categories not currently reported
, such as Category 1 (Purchased Goods & Services), Category 6
(Business Travel), and Category 7 (Employee Commuting).
·
Financed Emissions (Scope 3, Cat 15):
In partnership with ESG Leads across material subsidiaries,
develop the technical framework for measuring Financed Emissions
, aligning BFS with
global Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF)
standards and
United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative
(UNEP) Principles for Responsible Banking.

Strategic Benchmarking:
Conduct meticulous
benchmarking against domestic and global peers to perform deep gap
analysis
on regulatory shifts (BRSR, ISSB, EU Taxonomy) to evolve the Group's
Carbon Neutrality Blueprint.
·
Consolidated Drafting & Narrative Leadership:
Lead the
technical drafting of the Consolidated BFS Group ESG Report
and the
Statutory BRSR Section
. Meticulously synthesize performance data from four material subsidiaries
and smaller subsidiaries into a unified disclosure that meets GRI 2021
Standards and evolving SEBI disclosure mandates.

Publication Lifecycle & Assurance Management:
Own the end-to-end ESG report publication roadmap. Act as the
primary technical liaison for independent assurance partners
to secure Reasonable Assurance for BRSR Core and voluntary assurance for
expanded Scope 3 categories.

Ownership of Sprih data Tool Automation:
Take
full ownership of the "Sprih Data Automation" project
, ensuring the digital infrastructure serves as a strategic quarterly
reporting mechanism for the ESG Steering Committees.
·
Precision Data Management:
Lead
technical ESG data validation across four material subsidiaries
, ensuring that the Sprih data reporting tool "Single Source of Truth" is
audit-ready and robust.
·
Value Chain disclosures:
Drive the
technical execution of Value Chain Disclosures
, mapping and collecting ESG data from key suppliers to meet BRSR
leadership indicators disclosures.
·
Decarbonization levers implementation:
In partnership with Admin, EHS, and Facilities, plan and
implement high-impact initiatives
, including In-house Decarbonization initiatives, the Improvised Cookstove
Project, and Mega Forest Development.
·
Internal & External ESG Training:
Strategize and
deliver specialized ESG reporting training
for internal stakeholders (Leadership, Admin, HR) and act as a catalyst
for external stakeholder empowerment through vendor ESG workshops.
·
Team Leadership:
Mentor the ESG teams across group companies with deep
subject matter expertise in Environmental Reporting
, fostering a culture of meticulous execution and niche technical mastery.
