Experience Requirements

• 5+ years in Private Banking / Wealth Management
• Proven experience in Business Management / Chief of Staff roles
• Strong expertise in:
  • Business Performance Management
  • Revenue Analysis & Commercial Insights
  • Cost Analysis, Headcount Management & Ad‑hoc Business Analysis
  • Strategic Initiatives & Business Reviews
• Ability to create CXO-level business decks & presentations
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders
• Data-driven decision support and KPI insights

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory (B.E/B.Tech preferred)

MBA preferred (Tier‑1 institutes – IIMs or equivalent
