Purpose of the role
To lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical guidance,
mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software
solutions, driving technical excellence, fostering a culture of innovation,
and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions
with business objectives.
Accountabilities

Lead engineering teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and
high-performance culture to achieve project goals and meet organizational
objectives.

Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management and task prioritization
to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within scope, time, and
budget.

Mentor and support team members' professional growth, conduct performance
reviews, provide actionable feedback, and identify opportunities for
improvement.

Evaluation and enhancement of engineering processes, tools, and
methodologies to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize
team productivity.

Collaboration with business partners, product managers, designers, and other
stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and
ensure a cohesive approach to product development.

future, we create it. As an Engineering Manager you will be an innovative
Generative AI Engineer to drive adoption of Large Language Models (LLMs) and
agentic flows, focusing on process efficiencies, automation, simplification
and risk reduction across enterprise business solutions.
To be a successful Engineering Manager, you should have experience with:

Strong understanding of Language Models LLMs), transformers, agentic
frameworks vector stores, and search algorithms. Strong proficiency in
Python around Agentic, GenAI and frameworks i.e. (LangChain, LangGraph,
CrewAI etc.).

Hands-on experience with AWS ML ecosystem (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, API
Gateway). Good engineering experience with high- performance, large-scale
AI/ML systems.

Deep understanding of Prompt engineering and Prompt management. Experience
with Database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL and vector databases (e.g.,
DynamoDB, PGVector, CromaDB, FAISS etc.)

Familiarity with one of the major cloud platforms including AWS, GCP or
Azure, Good Engineering experience with large-scale AI/ML systems.
Experience in model risk management, guardrails development.
Additional relevant skills given below are highly valued:

Professional experience in financial services and technology firms.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and cloud-native
architectures.

Demonstrated ability to structure and lead, Strong communication and
stakeholder management skills. Motivated quick learner with the ability to
learn new skills.

Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers. Bachelor’s
degree in computer science, Information Technology or Engineering is
required.
