Essential (Basic) Skills

These are mandatory qualifications that candidates must possess to be considered.

• Industry Experience: Significant experience in i nvestment banking, capital markets, or the broader financial services industry.
• Strategic & Analytical Ability: Proven experience in devising and executing business strategy at both the client and business level. This includes the ability to process large data sets and synthesize them into actionable insights.
• Speed & Accuracy: Must be capable of executing tasks at speed, under pressure, and with absolute accuracy.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent written, analytical, and presentation skills, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

➕ Desired (Preferred) Skills

These are additional qualifications that would be advantageous for a candidate to have.

• Cross-Functional/Global Experience: Hands-on experience working in cross-functional and multi-geographical settings, with the ability to collaborate across multiple regions.
• Financial Acumen: An understanding of Finance & Accounting concepts.
• Prior Relevant Role: Previous experience in a consulting or Chief of Staff role is a plus.
• Education: A Master's Degree is preferred.

📝 Role Overview & Key Accountabilities

The role supports the Co-Global Heads of Investment Banking, providing executive management support for the day-to-day running of the client franchise and its strategy. Key accountabilities include:

• Providing strategic support to senior executives, including assisting with business strategy development and acting as a delegate in specific situations.
• Managing key projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring they are on track and providing regular updates.
• Improving operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Developing performance reporting for key metrics and assisting with financial analysis and budget management.
• Supporting risk and control oversight, escalation, and crisis management.
