This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, customer intelligence, and business decisioning , partnering closely with business stakeholders to drive growth, improve customer outcomes, and optimize business performance.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Solve complex business and customer problems using data and analytics.
• Lead end-to-end analytical workstreams from problem definition through implementation.
• Drive customer, commercial, and operational outcomes through actionable insights.
• Influence decisions through evidence-based recommendations and compelling storytelling.
• Partner effectively with stakeholders across business, product, digital, marketing, and risk teams.
• Have excellent communication skills.
