General Manager - Topaz India

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to head operations for our automotive detailing and paint protection business in Mumbai and Delhi NCR. This high-impact role is pivotal to driving growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-location operations to enhance efficiency and drive business growth across various regions.
• Ensure world-class customer experience and establish service standards that exceed industry benchmarks.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in the automotive detailing, PPF, or related industries.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing teams and operations.
• Strong understanding of financial management and operational efficiency metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead diverse teams.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and operational success.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and implement effective solutions quickly.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
