Job Title: Regional Training Manager (RTM)

Location: Kompally, Hyderabad

Job Description:

BigBasket is looking for a Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives across the region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in behavioural training with a background in E-commerce, Q-commerce, or Retail . The role involves identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, coaching frontline teams, and driving capability development to improve business performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Training/L&D
• Experience in E-commerce, Q-commerce, or Retail
• Strong behavioural training and facilitation skills
• Experience in regional training operations and stakeholder management
• Telugu language proficiency is mandatory
• Willing to work from Kompally, Hyderabad
