Role – Sr Manager Total Rewards- Corporate role
Job Location – Bangalore Corporate head office
Reports to – Head Coe (Comp & Ben)
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Compensation Planning: - Manage annual compensation cycles including merit
increases, promotions, bonuses, and incentives / Benchmarking salaries
against industry standards /Design, implement, and administer compensation
structures, incentive plans, LTI programs and benefit programs aligned with
business and talent strategies for executive employees- Partner with HR
leadership to benchmark salaries, structure appraisal cycles, and design
incentive programs to align with business objectives.
Benefits Administration: Overseeing health insurance, wellness programs, and
unique employee perks
HR Analytics: Managing large-scale data regarding cost metrics, attrition,
and performance
Own end to end HR analytics and reporting across attrition, hiring,
workforce planning, engagement, and productivity.
Lead the people analytics strategy and roadmap, embedding predictive and
prescriptive analytics into core people decisions
Build and scale predictive models for attrition risk, hiring quality,
performance outcomes, workforce demand, and internal mobility
Conduct salary benchmarking, market surveys, and internal equity analyses to
ensure competitive and fair pay practices
Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of Total Rewards & CHRO on
matters related to total rewards strategy, design, and governance
Review and implement changes in Compensation structure in the preview of
changes taking place in Labour laws and other regulations and best practices
followed in the market.
Collaborate with HR leaders to develop metrics that align with
organizational goals and objectives
Build and manage dashboards, reports, and key HR metrics across the employee
lifecycle (hiring, performance, engagement, attrition
