Senior AI Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview 

We're looking for a Senior AI Full Stack Engineer to build production-grade AI applications from frontend to backend. This is a senior, high-ownership role where you'll work across the entire technology stack, building modern web applications, scalable backend services, AI-powered features, autonomous agents, APIs, integrations, and enterprise software. You'll collaborate closely with founders, product teams, and enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy reliable AI solutions that solve real business problems. What You'll Do  

• Design, build, and maintain modern full-stack applications from concept to production 

• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js and Python 

• Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript • Design and implement AI agents and autonomous workflows using modern AI agent frameworks 

• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI-powered document processing systems 

• Integrate Large Language Models into production applications 

• Build integrations with third-party APIs, enterprise platforms, cloud storage providers, and internal systems 

• Design asynchronous workflows, background jobs, and event-driven architectures 

• Implement authentication, authorization, audit logging, and enterprise security best practices 

• Design scalable database architectures and optimize application performance 

• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested production code 

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision making 

• Review code and mentor other engineers where appropriate 

• Collaborate with founders, product managers, designers, and customers to deliver enterprisegrade AI solutions 

 

What We're Looking For Experience  

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience 

• Proven experience building and deploying production applications 

• Experience owning systems and features from design through deployment 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field is preferred 

 

Technical Requirements 

Full Stack Development 

• Strong experience with Node.js

• Strong experience with React and Next.js 

• Excellent TypeScript and JavaScript skills 

• Strong Python development experience 

• Experience building scalable REST APIs and GraphQL APIs 

• Experience designing scalable backend architectures 

• Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases 

• Experience with Git and modern software development workflows 

• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns 

• Experience building secure, scalable, enterprise-grade applications 

AI Engineering 

• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models 

• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, PydanticAI, LangChain, or similar 

• Experience building AI agents using tool calling and function calling 

• Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines 

• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases 

• Understanding of AI evaluation, guardrails, and production reliability 

• Experience integrating AI capabilities into production applications 

Engineering Skills 

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and make sound architectural decisions 

• Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code 

• Experience working in Agile development environments 

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams
