Role Overview
This is a founding sales leadership role. You will be responsible for building
and scaling the entire sales function from outbound strategy to closing
enterprise deals.
We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience selling AI / SaaS
solutions, understands modern outbound systems, and can combine strategy +
execution.
What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end sales strategy and execution

Build and scale outbound sales systems (cold email, LinkedIn, automation
tools, AI-driven outreach)

Generate, manage, and close enterprise AI deals

Define and optimize sales funnels, pipelines, and conversion metrics

Work closely with founders to define and refine go-to-market strategy

Build repeatable sales playbooks, messaging, and processes
-
Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline visibility
-
Identify and unlock new markets, segments, and use cases
-
Hire, train, and manage sales team over time
-
Align closely with product and engineering to improve conversion and
solution fit

Continuously optimize for conversion, deal velocity, and revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
Requirements
-
5–8 years experience in sales, with strong experience in B2B / SaaS / AI
sales

Proven track record of closing high-value deals
-
Experience building or scaling sales processes or teams
-
MBA or Master’s degree from a top-tier institute ( IIM, ISB, FMS Delhi, XLRI
or equivalent)
Must Have

Experience selling AI tools, SaaS, or automation platforms

Hands-on experience with AI-driven outbound tools / sales automation, such
as:

Cold outreach platforms

Lead generation tools

AI-based sales or prospecting tools

Strong understanding of:

Outbound sales systems

Funnel optimization

Enterprise sales cycles

Ability to close deals independently

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Strong network across founders / operators / decision-makers

Experience selling high-ticket or consultative solutions
