Tower Head – Accounts Payable
Job Summary:
The Tower Head – Accounts Payable will spearhead the Accounts Payable function
within our Shared Services Center in Pune, ensuring seamless operations and
compliance. This leadership role is instrumental in driving process excellence
and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to deliver exceptional
results.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable operations within the Shared
Services organization.

Drive process excellence, standardization, automation, and continuous
improvement initiatives across the AP function.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, and
service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain operational integrity.

Lead large teams, build high-performing talent, manage key stakeholder
relationships, and ensure operational excellence across all facets of
Accounts Payable.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), governance metrics, productivity,
and service delivery while spearheading transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance integration and workflow
efficiency within the organization.

Provide strategic direction and oversight for budgeting, forecasting, and
financial reporting related to Accounts Payable.
Requirements:
- 15–20 years of overall experience in Finance & Accounts.

Strong experience in Accounts Payable operations within a Shared Services,
Global Capability Center (GCC), or Center of Excellence (COE) environment.

4–6 years of experience managing large finance operations teams (200+
members), preferably in Shared Services, GCC, or COE.

Proven expertise in process improvement, automation, transformation, and
stakeholder management.

Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills to
effectively drive team performance.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in SAP or any other ERP systems related to finance and accounts
payable.
- Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Experience in leading change management initiatives within a finance
function.
