Lead Generative AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement advanced generative AI models, focusing on large
language models (LLMs) to meet organizational needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into
existing workflows and systems.

Develop and optimize prompt engineering techniques for enhanced AI
performance and user experience.

Utilize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to enhance information access
and utilization in AI applications.

Implement and manage AI agents utilizing agentic AI frameworks for
responsive and autonomous operations.

Maintain and optimize vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, FAISS, and
ChromaDB for efficient data handling.

Conduct model evaluation and fine-tuning to ensure high performance and
relevance of AI solutions.
Requirements:

A minimum of 6 years of experience in AI and machine learning, specifically
with generative models and LLMs.

Proficiency in Python programming, with a solid understanding of AI
libraries and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.

Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini APIs for model
integration.

Experience in deploying and managing REST APIs, and utilizing cloud
platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of version control systems such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative
environment.
