Position: Manager Sales

The Pahwa Group is seeking to recruit Manager Sales position in Air Treatment Division. The candidates selected should be an Engineering graduate (preferably from a reputed Engineering Institute in India) and with extensive experience in leading the sales of a medium or large sized enterprise in India.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Grow the Air Treatment Division.
• Techno-commercial leadership for the Sales team.
• Develop and maintain relation with key clients/OEMs.
• Scan and analyze competitive scenario.
• Scan market needs.
• Identify and develop new product and application opportunities.
• Help design the parts and service business.

Required Qualifications:

Requirement	Details
Education	BE/ B.Tech. Mechanical OR Electrical. Preferably MBA/ PGDBM
Experience	40 to 45 Years
Salary	12 - 15 Lacs
Experience in Sales	15 to 20 Years in industrial sales of capital equipment (PAN India) and managing team of Sales and Service Engineers.
Preferred	Thermal Engineering, Industrial market for applied engineering products.
Managerial Skills	Inspirational Leadership, Effective Supervision, Employee Engagement.
Skills	Innovation, Team work and Good Communication.
