Job Summary:
The Regional Unit Head for the Direct Distribution Channel plays a pivotal
role in driving growth and performance across multiple branches within the
region. This position is responsible for managing and mentoring a team of
branch managers, ensuring that business objectives are met while maintaining
exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of 4-6 branch managers to achieve sales targets and
enhance branch performance.

Implement strategic plans to drive growth within the Direct Distribution
Channel across all assigned branches.

Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, taking proactive measures to
address any areas of concern.

among branch staff.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in team management specifically within the
Life Insurance sector.
