Branch Manager (LAP)
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager (LAP) plays a crucial role in leading and managing the
daily operations of our Loan Against Property (LAP) division. This position is
responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring
compliance with regulatory standards, ultimately contributing to the growth
and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee branch operations by implementing strategic plans to achieve sales
targets for the Loan Against Property segment.

Develop and maintain customer relationships to provide tailored financial
solutions and enhance customer loyalty.

Manage a team of loan officers and administrative staff, providing guidance,
training, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments to identify new business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
related to lending operations.

Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, customer
feedback, and financial metrics to senior management.

Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
within the branch.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a
Master’s degree is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at
least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of managing loan portfolios, particularly in the Loan
Against Property sector.

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management related to
lending operations.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on
customer service.

Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, with the ability to
