Relationship Manager - Product HL and LAP
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager for Product HL (Home Loan) and LAP (Loan Against
Property) is a pivotal role that focuses on building and nurturing client
relationships to drive sales and ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction.
This position is integral to promoting our lending products while delivering
tailored financial solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their
financial needs to recommend appropriate HL and LAP solutions.

Conduct sales presentations and product demos to potential and existing
clients to drive product awareness and sales.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of loan
applications and resolution of client inquiries.

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities
and potential risks.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs by proactively seeking new client leads and
closing deals effectively.

Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1 years of experience in sales/relationship management within the
banking or financial services sector.

regulations.
