MIS Executive
Job Summary:
The MIS Executive plays a pivotal role in managing and analyzing data to drive
informed decision-making within the organization. This position ensures that
accurate and relevant information is available to stakeholders, facilitating
strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain management information reports by gathering data from
various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Analyze data trends and provide insights and recommendations to support
business decisions and improvements.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure data integrity and
consistent reporting practices across the organization.

Assist in designing and implementing the MIS framework, ensuring alignment
with organizational goals and objectives.

Provide training and support to staff on data reporting tools and processes,
fostering a data-driven culture.

Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to data management systems,
ensuring swift resolutions to maintain workflow.

Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key
metrics and findings.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business
Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting, preferably in
an MIS role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and
identify trends.

Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and experience with database management
systems.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
articulate findings effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work
under tight deadlines.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage
multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.

data visualization.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.

Certification in data management or analytics (e.g., CDMP, CAP) is a plus.
