MIS Executive

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive plays a pivotal role in managing and analyzing data to drive informed decision-making within the organization. This position ensures that accurate and relevant information is available to stakeholders, facilitating strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain management information reports by gathering data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze data trends and provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions and improvements.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure data integrity and consistent reporting practices across the organization.
• Assist in designing and implementing the MIS framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide training and support to staff on data reporting tools and processes, fostering a data-driven culture.
• Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to data management systems, ensuring swift resolutions to maintain workflow.
• Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and findings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting, preferably in an MIS role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and experience with database management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate findings effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data visualization.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Certification in data management or analytics (e.g., CDMP, CAP) is a plus.
• Previous experience in the industry relevant to the organization's operations.
