Role Title: - GM Commercial

Location: - Badvel,Hyderabad or Thervoy Kandigai, Chennai

Role Overview - 

This role requires a  Plant Commercial Head  or  GM Commercial/Finance , with essential qualifications including a  Chartered Accountant (CA)  degree,  15+ years of experience  in a manufacturing plant, and hands-on expertise in  SAP S/4HANA. He will be taking care of both the plants.

      Key Responsibilities

• Plant Controlling & Costing:  Oversee end-to-end manufacturing finance activities, standard cost rollups, production order settlements, and deep variance analysis (material, labor, overhead).
• SAP S/4HANA Leadership:  Drive financial processes, module integrations (FICO/MM/SD), and real-time MIS reporting directly through the S/4HANA platform.
• Commercial Operations:  Manage vendor finalization, contract negotiations, raw material/finished goods stock reconciliations, and scrap disposal strategies
• Inventory & Asset Management:  Control physical inventory verification, monitor slow-moving/non-moving stock, and maintain fixed asset registers.

• Compliance & Audits:  Ensure absolute adherence to statutory audits, GST, direct/indirect taxation, and internal financial controls.

  Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education:  Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience:  Minimum 15 years of total work experience managing plant accounts, commercial operations, or cost control within a discrete or process manufacturing setup.
• Technical Software:  Advanced mastery of SAP S/4HANA (CO/FI/MM modules) and advanced MS Excel/Data Analytics.
