Testing Analyst

Looking for Candidates who have Experience in Testing background in Board Testing, IB, MOR, MOE, TS, Abrasion, Emission, and Report Preparation and etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement testing protocols to assess the quality of plywood products at various stages of production.
• Conduct thorough analyses and inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies in plywood materials and finishes.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to quality control standards and process improvements.
• Document findings, prepare test reports, and present results to management with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to refine testing methods and improve product quality.
• Participate in training programs to educate staff on quality assurance practices and the importance of testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and testing, preferably within the woodworking or plywood industry.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify trends and patterns.
• Proficiency in using testing equipment and software for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards for plywood products.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
