Warehouse Operations and Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient pick and pack processes, and adherence to safety standards.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies that streamline distribution processes and reduce operational costs.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials availability.
• Lead a team of warehouse and logistics staff, providing training and performance evaluations to enhance productivity.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track shipments, manage inventory accuracy, and analyze operational metrics.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to fulfill order requirements and optimize workflow.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices across warehouse and logistics operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics management, preferably in the plywood or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of inventory management practices and warehouse management systems.
• Proficient in using logistics software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on employee development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance guidelines related to storage and transportation of plywood products.
• Proven track record of reducing costs and enhancing operational efficiency in previous roles.
