Site Manager
Job Summary:
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing site execution and project
control for various construction and interior projects across Pan India. This
role will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to
the highest quality standards, thus playing a vital role in our organization's
success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end site execution and project control to ensure efficient
workflow.

Prepare detailed project execution plans, schedules, phasing, and logistics
for optimal project delivery.

Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance and
quality standards are met.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, procurement, finance, and facility
management teams to achieve project objectives.

Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and budget adherence to
mitigate any potential risks.

Ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards
throughout the project lifecycle.

Track procurement activities, manage material deliveries, and oversee
storage operations effectively.

Verify site quantities and compare actual execution against drawings to
maintain accuracy.

Conduct review meetings with consultants and vendors to address and resolve
issues promptly.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly project reports for management to keep
stakeholders informed.

Identify project risks, disputes, and claims proactively, driving towards
resolution through effective communication.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.

5-8 years of experience in civil construction, interiors, and fit-outs.

Strong experience in project planning, site execution, quality management,
and cost control.

Expertise in Civil Interiors/Fit-outs; knowledge of MEP coordination is
preferred.

Proven ability in vendor and stakeholder management, demonstrating excellent
leadership and coordination skills.
- Strong capability in budget monitoring and variance analysis.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
essential for project success.

Proficient in technical skills such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS
Project, and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing large-scale projects with a diverse team in
fast-paced environments.

Certifications in project management, such as PMP or equivalent, would be an
advantage.

Proficiency in advanced construction management software and tools beyond MS
Project.
