Position Overview
Energy Beverages Pvt Ltd is strengthening its premium business under CLEAR
Premium Water, with a strategic focus on scaling the premium brand Kelzai.
The Business Development Manager will lead premium market expansion,
strategic partnerships, and sales growth for Kelzai, ensuring strong
presence across luxury hospitality, corporate institutions, and premium
retail networks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Premium Business Strategy

Develop and execute growth strategies for the CLEAR premium segment.
- Identify high-potential markets and premium consumption zones.

Expand Kelzai presence across luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants,
corporate offices, and premium retail chains.
2. Strategic Partnerships

Establish relationships with hotel groups, restaurant chains, corporate
clients, and event companies.
- Negotiate long-term commercial agreements with premium accounts.
- Build partnerships that enhance brand credibility and visibility.
3. Team Leadership

Lead and manage Business Development Executives responsible for premium
segment expansion.
- Monitor performance and guide teams on premium sales strategies.
- Drive execution of market expansion initiatives.
4. Brand Positioning

Ensure Kelzai is positioned as a premium offering within CLEAR Premium
Water.

Collaborate with marketing teams on brand visibility and promotional
initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of brand presence in luxury environments.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Analyze premium bottled water market trends and competitor strategies.

Provide insights to leadership on pricing, distribution, and
positioning.

Qualifications & Skills
