Job Description

We have an immediate contract requirement for Salesforce Developers for a Telecom/Communications project. We are looking for Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Salesforce professionals with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and OmniStudio.
Position:  Salesforce Developer (Junior / Mid-Level / Senior)
Experience:  2–10 Years
Location:  India (Remote/Hybrid based on project requirements)
Duration:  12 Months (Contract)
Industry:  Telecom / Communications

Key Skill Requirements:
  • Salesforce Development and Customization
  • Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex
  • Lightning Components / LWC
  • Salesforce APIs and Integrations
  • OmniStudio Components:
    • OmniScripts
    • DataRaptors
    • Integration Procedures
    • FlexCards
  • Enterprise Salesforce implementations
  • Salesforce configuration, workflows, flows, validation rules, and security
  • Troubleshooting and production support
Preferred Experience:
  • Salesforce Communications Cloud / Industry Cloud
  • Telecom domain implementations
  • Understanding of telecom processes including products, offers, orders, customer lifecycle, and service processes
Preferred Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
  • Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
  • Salesforce Certified Communications Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer
Resource Requirement:
  • Junior Salesforce Developer (2–4 Years): 1–2 resources
  • Mid-Level Salesforce Developer (4–7 Years): 1–2 resources
  • Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead (7–10 Years): 1–2 resources
