Core Responsibility Areas
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
▸ Develop and maintain AEM Sites components, templates, and content structures
for enterprise-scale digital experiences
▸ Configure and manage Editable Templates, Core Components, Content Fragments,
Experience Fragments, and Style Systems
▸ Implement Dynamic Media integrations and content delivery optimization
▸ Work with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including Cloud Manager, RDE
environments, and deployment pipelines
▸ Develop Sling Models, OSGi services, servlets, and HTL (Sightly)-based
components following best practices
▸ Configure Dispatcher caching rules, CDN integration, and performance
optimization strategies
▸ Ensure clean separation of content, presentation, and business logic within
AEM architecture
Java & Front-End Development
▸ Develop and maintain Java-based AEM backend services and OSGi bundles
▸ Build reusable components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, and HTL
▸ Implement unit testing using JUnit 5, Mockito, and AEM Mocks frameworks
▸ Participate in code reviews, Git-based development workflows, and CI/CD
practices using Maven and Cloud Manager
▸ Support integration development through REST APIs, Content Fragment APIs,
and GraphQL services
Adobe Experience Cloud & Personalization
▸ Support integration between AEM, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe
Journey Optimizer (AJO)
▸ Enable segment-driven content personalization and offer-driven content
rendering
▸ Support AJO content fragment consumption and channel delivery use cases
▸ Configure and support Adobe Workfront workflows, content approvals, and
campaign lifecycle management
▸ Collaborate with personalization and decisioning teams to deliver targeted
customer experiences
Delivery & Quality Assurance
▸ Participate in Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning,
standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
▸ Support SIT and BUAT activities by creating and validating content-layer
test scenarios
▸ Produce technical documentation, component specifications, integration
guides, and operational runbooks
▸ Work closely with architecture, personalization, and campaign teams to
ensure successful solution delivery
Preferred / Advantageous Skills
▸ Adobe Certified Developer (Sites) or Architect certifications
▸ Experience with Headless AEM, GraphQL Content Fragment APIs, SPA Editor,
React, or Next.js
▸ Exposure to Adobe GenStudio for Performance Marketing and Frame.io workflows
▸ Knowledge of Adobe Launch (Tags), Event Forwarding, and Adobe IO Events
▸ Experience in Telecom, BFSI, or large-scale Customer Value Management (CVM)
environments
▸ Experience managing multi-brand or multi-site AEM implementations with MSM
and shared component libraries
