AM/Manager/Sr. Manager-Statutory Audit

Role: Statutory Auditing

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified. with 3-8 years PQE
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Auditing Standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Lead and execute statutory audit engagements for clients across diverse industries.
• Plan, supervise, and review audit assignments while ensuring timely completion.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify key business risks, and recommend process improvements.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with clients to gather audit evidence and resolve audit queries.
• Prepare and review audit documentation, reports, and management letters.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and performance feedback.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong technical knowledge of Statutory Audit, Ind AS, and Standards on Auditing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and Client management abilities.
• Experience in handling multiple audit engagements and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit documentation tools.
• Leadership and team management skills.
