Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead the company's
day-to-day accounting operations, receivables, payables, reconciliations, MIS
reporting, and financial controls. This person will work closely with the
Founder and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, cash flow
visibility, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
processes.

Monitor collections and outstanding payments, ensuring healthy cash flow
management.

Handle monthly receivables of at least ₹10 Crore and maintain strong
collection efficiency.

Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations on a regular basis.

Coordinate with customers, vendors, distributors, and internal stakeholders
for payment follow-ups and issue resolution.

Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance
insights to the Founder and leadership team.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

Maintain accounting records, financial documentation, and audit readiness.

Support GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and coordination with auditors.

Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen internal financial
controls.

Track business KPIs related to collections, payables, working capital, and
cash flow.
Desired Candidate Profile

5–10 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, AR/AP, and MIS reporting.

Prior experience with FMCG companies, consumer brands, or D2C businesses is
strongly preferred.

Must have managed receivables of at least ₹10 Crore per month.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting compliance requirements.

Must-Have Requirements

Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or D2C brands.

Hands-on experience managing large-scale receivables (₹10 Crore+ monthly).
