We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Senior Executive – Quick Commerce Ads to handle the end-to-end execution of our paid media strategies across instant-delivery platforms. Reporting directly to the Quick Commerce Manager, you will be the hands-on specialist responsible for setting up, optimizing, and scaling campaigns on Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart .

performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, SOV), and have personally managed massive ad
budgets on Q-commerce interfaces, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Own the daily set-up, execution, and monitoring of campaigns across Blinkit Brand Analytics, Zepto Ads, and Swiggy Instamart/Ads .
Perform daily keyword bidding, budget pacing, and match-type optimizations to maximize brand visibility.
Continuously monitor and improve Share of Voice (SOV) for high-intent, top-priority keywords.
Efficiently deploy and track a monthly ad budget of ₹50+ Lakhs , ensuring zero budget leakage.
Optimize campaigns to achieve aggressive target ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) while keeping CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) in check.
Coordinate with the Qcom Manager to dynamically shift budgets across platforms based on real-time performance and dark-store inventory levels.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards mapping spend, revenue, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
Analyze micro-market (city/cluster level) performance data to identify growth pockets or underperforming regions.
Provide actionable, data-backed insights to the Qcom Manager during strategy and planning meetings.
Collaboratively brief creative teams on high-converting ad copy, banners, and product imagery based on campaign insights.
Set up and track a/b tests for different ad creatives and banners to constantly improve CTRs (Click-Through Rates).
Direct Experience: Minimum 2 years of performance marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis on Q-commerce channels (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart).
Proven Budget Management: Must have personally managed and executed Q-commerce ad budgets of minimum ₹50 Lakhs .
Agency Background: Ideally coming from a digital/performance marketing agency where you managed high-velocity D2C or FMCG brands.
Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with platform ad dashboards, bidding strategies, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data slicing..
