We are looking for a high-performing, agile Quick Commerce Manager to take complete P&L ownership of our instant-delivery channels. You will be solely responsible for driving growth, visibility, and operational excellence across Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart .

figures, optimizing high-velocity ad budgets, and managing hyper-local
fulfillment for a fast-growing consumer brand, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Take absolute financial accountability for Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart .
Drive strategic hyper-local initiatives to manage and scale a business of min. ₹10 Cr+ in monthly revenue .
Lead strategic Category Meetings with platform account managers to secure prime banner visibility, bucket partnerships, and exclusive brand days.
Strategize, execute, and monitor a dedicated Q-commerce ad budget of ₹50+ Lakhs monthly .
Optimize platform-specific ad suites (Blinkit Brand Analytics, Zepto Ads, etc.) to maximize ROAS and share of voice (SOV) for target keywords.
Supervise hourly and daily ad performance to align with changing inventory levels across locations.
Design and execute platform-compliant promotional constructs, flash discounts, and combo offers.
Align pricing and promo strategies with micro-market demand patterns and seasonal spikes.
Actively track competitor visibility and pricing strategies to maintain market leadership on the apps.
Monitor and maintain 100% fill rates across all active dark stores and fulfillment centers to prevent out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
Coordinate closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to manage high inventory turnover and ensure smooth inwarding.
Resolve operational bottlenecks, damages, and platform penalties to safeguard seller metrics.
Dedicated Q-Com Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience directly managing Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart for a consumer brand.
Proven Scale: Experience handling portfolios with a minimum of ₹10 Cr monthly revenue and managing ₹50 Lakhs+ monthly ad spends .
Hyper-local Insight: Deep understanding of dark store mechanics, region-wise inventory planning, and instant-delivery consumer behaviour.
Founder's Mindset: Ability to run the function independently, move fast, and report directly to the Founder with clear data-backed insights.
Established relationships with category heads and POCs at Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
