Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive sales professional with experience in
Channel Sales
from the
Building Materials/Steel/Construction Materials
industry. The role involves managing dealer networks, driving primary and
secondary sales, generating demand through influencers, and ensuring
achievement of territory sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Execute territory-wise sales plans and achieve monthly sales targets.

Manage and strengthen dealer and distributor relationships.

Conduct regular market visits as per Daily Visit Plan (DVP).

Develop dealers and increase product offtake through regular engagement.
-
Promote new products/SKUs and increase market penetration.
-
Identify and appoint new dealers where required.
-
Track dealer performance and improve sales from low-performing dealers.

Build relationships with architects, fabricators, contractors, builders, and
other influencers to generate business leads.

Ensure timely order execution by coordinating with internal teams.

Monitor dealer outstanding payments and collections.
-
Execute dealer meets, promotional activities, and sales schemes.

Collect competitor intelligence and submit timely sales reports and MIS.
Desired Candidate Profile
-
3–8 years of experience in Channel/Retail Sales.

Experience in handling dealers and distributors.
-
Exposure to influencer management (Architects, Contractors, Fabricators,
Builders).
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
