We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven TA to join our team. This role will focus primarily on IT functions , managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle to attract top-tier talent across various business units. You’ll be a key player in building organisation’s future leadership and functional excellence by identifying, engaging, and hiring high-caliber professionals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technology, Digital, AI, Data, Cyber Security, ERP, Infrastructure, Product, and Engineering functions.
Manage executive and leadership hiring across Corporate Functions, Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, Retail, Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, and Shared Services.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing str ategies using various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
Conduct thorough screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination , ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Engage with passive talent and build pipelines for critical leadership roles.
Lead offer negotiations and manage the onboarding coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
Proven experience in leadership hiring and IT recruitment
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while driving results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience using ATS and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
A high level of discretion, maturity, and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the real estate or luxury/hospitality sector is an added advantage.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and market hiring trends.
