Land Acquisition & Title Management

Senior Leadership Position 
Location: Noida

We are hiring for a Senior Leadership position within the Corporate Affairs function for an experienced professional with a strong background in land acquisition, land title management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end land acquisition due diligence, including title verification, title searches, and identification of encumbrances and legal risks.

Manage land title validation, transfer, registration, and ensure clean, transferable, and encumbrance-free ownership.

Identify, monitor, and ensure timely closure of all Conditions Precedent (CPs) prior to transaction completion.

Liaise with government authorities, land registries, municipalities, environmental agencies, and utility providers to obtain required approvals, NOCs, and regulatory clearances.

Work closely with legal, finance, infrastructure, and development teams while managing external legal counsel, surveyors, and technical consultants throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Maintain land acquisition trackers, monitor transaction progress, identify risks, and provide regular status reports to senior management.

Establish robust processes and governance for land acquisition, title management, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.

Desired Profile
LLB is mandatory. A postgraduate qualification in Property Law, Land Management, or Real Estate will be an added advantage.

10–15+ years of experience in land acquisition, land title management, or infrastructure/real estate development.

Proven expertise in land title due diligence, title verification, registration, and transfer.

Strong experience in managing Conditions Precedent (CPs) for land or real estate transactions.

Hands-on experience coordinating with government authorities, land registries, and regulatory bodies.

Exposure to large-scale real estate, infrastructure, industrial, or data centre projects is highly preferred.

Experience handling multi-jurisdiction or cross-border land transactions will be an added advantage.

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
