Operations Coordination & Executive Support
Attend strategic meetings with the MD and departments to ensure alignment
with business objectives.
Record, structure, and communicate MD directives clearly to relevant teams
for execution.
Monitor departmental progress, identify risks or gaps, and support timely
follow-ups on action items.
Ensure effective coordination between stakeholders and departments to
drive smooth execution of initiatives.
Governance, Reporting & Analysis
Maintain and update trackers for MD directives, tasks, and deadlines.
Monitor progress, highlight delays or challenges, and provide regular
status updates to management.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports covering KPIs,
project
updates, performance, and key challenges.
Conduct data analysis to evaluate departmental performance and ensure
accuracy and reliability of reports.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, CRM, Collections,
Handover, Hospitality, Internal Audit, and other departments.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding updates,
requirements, and execution timelines.
Support seamless interdepartmental coordination to ensure timely
completion of MD priorities.
Process Improvement & Efficiency
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reporting
systems, and tracking mechanisms.
Support the implementation of best practices and standardized workflows
within the MD Office.
