Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of villa construction projects within master communities .
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Oversee site execution, resolve technical and operational challenges, and drive project performance.
• Review project costs, monitor progress against budgets, and implement cost-control measures.
• Prepare project reports, manage risk, and communicate progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor site engineers, construction teams, and project staff.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong experience managing villa projects within master-planned communities .
• Proven project execution experience with a reputed contracting company in the UAE/GCC.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, contracts, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project is preferred.

Preferred Background

• Experience delivering luxury/residential villa developments in the UAE.
• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and authority approval processes.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
