Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer with 5–6 years of overall mobile application development experience and strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance, AI-powered cross-platform applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in React Native development, mobile architecture design, AI integrations, team leadership, and modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Design scalable architectures and integrate native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) components.
- Implement state management using Redux/Redux-Saga and ensure code quality through testing and CI/CD practices.
- Integrate AI-powered features using LLMs and AI APIs, with exposure to RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain coding standards.
- Lead development teams, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product, QA, UI/UX, and backend teams.
- Support app deployment and maintenance on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Required Skills
- 5–6 years of mobile development experience, including 4+ years with React Native.
- Strong knowledge of React Native, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, Jest, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with AI integrations, prompt engineering, and intelligent workflows.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and mobile security best practices.
