Product Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Drive product development from ideation to launch, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams.
• Create PRDs, user stories, and manage product backlogs in an Agile environment.
• Analyze user behavior, engagement, retention, and growth metrics to optimize product performance.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new product opportunities.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 4–10 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in Gaming, Social Media, Consumer Internet, Mobile Apps, SaaS, or Digital Products.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, or Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
