Job Title: Relationship Manager (RM)

Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and manage leads for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
* Handle end-to-end loan processing from sourcing to disbursement
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries
