RM- School Funding (EIF)

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage relationships with schools and educational institutions.
• Source and originate School Funding/School Finance business.
• Promote lending products and other institutional banking solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, understand funding requirements, and structure suitable financial solutions.
• Prepare credit proposals and coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure healthy asset quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with school management, trustees, and key decision-makers.
• Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Achieve assigned business, revenue, and cross-selling targets.
