Job Summary | · Maintenance of portfolios of current SME customer base. Deepening the portfolio and managing the client’s business requirement. Cross selling of various bank products. | ||

Detailed Responsibilities | · Managing existing relationships profitably | ||
| · Maintaining quality of existing assets | ||||
| · Earning fee based income through cross selling of Trade, Fx & Other products of the bank. | ||||
| · Generating New Clients thru References from existing clients and thus increasing the Portfolio Width | ||||
| · Achieving Trade Finance volume as per predetermined targets. | ||||
| · To maintain & follow up Accounts plan for each of the existing relationship. | ||||
| · To ensure strict call discipline in respect of existing clients. | ||||
| · To ensure quick resolution of customer issues. | ||||
| · Share Early Warning Signals picked up during client visits with the Immediate Supervisor for quick damage control | ||||
