Relationship Manager - LAP & HL (Mortgage)
Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loans (HL)
will be responsible for managing and expanding sales through the Direct Sales
Agent (DSA) channel. This role is critical in driving the growth of our
mortgage products in the local market, leveraging your expertise to build
relationships and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance LAP and HL product
penetration through the DSA channel.

Monitor and analyze local market trends to identify new business
opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.

Build and maintain relationships with DSAs to maximize referral and sales
opportunities.

Conduct training sessions for DSA partners to enhance product knowledge and
selling skills.

Track and report on sales performance metrics, making data-driven
adjustments to strategies as needed.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive
awareness and sales among potential customers.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving
issues related to product offerings.
Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in sales within the mortgage or financial services
industry.

Strong understanding of LAP and HL products, their features, and market
dynamics.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder
