Credit Manager- Construction Finance

CA or MBA with min. 2 years of experience.
A Construction Finance Credit Manager evaluates real estate project
feasibility, conducts credit appraisals, and structures financing for
developers. Key responsibilities include preparing Credit Approval Memos
(CAMs), monitoring construction milestones, managing portfolio risk, and
ensuring compliance with sanction terms.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Appraisal & Analysis: Evaluate developer credibility, financial
statements, and project feasibility for Construction Finance and Inventory
Funding.
Loan Structuring: Lead the origination and structuring of loans, including
negotiating terms, pricing, and processing fees.
Documentation & Compliance: Manage security creation and ensure compliance
with all pre-disbursement conditions.
Portfolio Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction
progress, project milestones, and meet promoters.
Risk Management: Actively track client performance to maintain healthy credit
quality and mitigate risk.
