Key Responsibilities :
* Source Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through DSA
channels and connectors Empanel, activate, and manage DSAs, ensuring
consistent business flow
* Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners, brokers, and
referral networks
* Drive business targets through partner productivity and new DSA acquisition
* Coordinate with DSAs for lead generation, login, and file movement
* Ensure end-to-end loan processing from sourcing to disbursement via DSA
channel
* Maintain proper documentation, compliance, and policy adherence
* Provide training and regular updates to DSAs on products, policies, and
processes
* Monitor pipeline, conversion ratio, and disbursement efficiency
* Resolve partner and customer queries to ensure smooth turnaround time (TAT)
