Product: LASP (Loan Against Special Properties-that includes Hotel, Hostel,
Nursing Home, Hospital, Warehouse, Banquet Halls, Marriage gardens etc.)

Age: 42 or 43
Should have 2 to 3 years team handling Experience
Total Experience: 8+ Years
PFA JD
-Should have good understanding of Mortgage Industry & nature of property
(Hotel, Hostel/PG, Banquet Halls, Industrial/warehouse, Hospital/Nursing Homes
and Marriage Garden) in his geographies.
-Ensuring the Sales targets are meet on monthly basis
-Ensuring portfolio Quality and delinquency is under control.
Detailed Responsibilities
Sales targets are meet on monthly basis with minimum skewness towards month
end
Should ensure closures are maintained and well within targets and ensure
healthy customer relationships are maintained.
Should be able to understand MIS and co-ordinate with credit team for
approvals on time
Should be a go getter and should be passionate for his volumes.
Should be able to monitor and ensure Quality logins are logged and should be
competent to do First Time Right (FTR’s ) on logins and disbursals.

In-depth understanding of legal and technical aspects
