Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates who align with the organization's long-term objectives and culture. This role manages the entire recruitment lifecycle and acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers. This will include assets and liabilities hiring from Junior to mid senior level.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with department
heads to forecast staffing needs and develop proactive hiring plans that
consider market trends and company growth.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end
recruitment process, including crafting and updating job descriptions,
sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and
negotiating offers.
• Sourcing and Pipeline Management: Utilize various
channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal
databases, Vendors) to source passive and active candidates and build a
sustainable talent pipeline for future needs.
• Candidate Experience & Branding: Ensure a
positive candidate experience throughout the entire process and lead employer
branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring
managers to understand specific role requirements, set selection criteria, and
facilitate effective interview and assessment procedures.
• Compliance & Metrics: Ensure all recruitment
activities comply with laws and regulations.
