*Job Summary*

We are looking for a Relationship Manager (RM) for Branch Banking Sales. The role involves acquiring new customers and generating business through the sale of retail liability and banking products. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and driving cross-selling opportunities.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Acquire new customers for CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) products.
* Promote and sell Fixed Deposits (FD),  (RD), Insurance, Gold Loans, and other retail banking products.
* Generate business through branch referrals, customer interactions and field open market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Cross-sell multiple banking products as per customer needs.
* Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
*Candidate Requirements*
* Experience in Branch Banking, CASA Sales, Liability Sales, Insurance, Gold Loan, or Retail Banking Sales.
* Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
* Target-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
* Banking and financial services background preferred.
