Job Description – IT Project Manager-Zoho ERP Implementation

Role Summary

Divay Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT projects, driving enterprise application implementations, and partnering with business functions to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency. Hands-on experience in ERP implementation is mandatory, with experience in Zoho ERP strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects from planning and requirement gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Manage Zoho ERP implementation, customization, integration, upgrades, testing, and user adoption, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Coordinate closely with external ERP implementation partners, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely execution, issue resolution, system configuration, data migration, testing, and successful go-live.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, internal IT teams, and external vendors throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to project milestones.
• Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, finance, procurement, inventory, warehouse, HR, sales, and supply chain functions.
• Prepare project documentation, SOPs, training materials, and conduct user training to ensure smooth system adoption and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5–9 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Mandatory experience in at least one ERP implementation, with hands-on experience in Zoho ERP preferred.
• Experience working with external ERP implementation vendors and managing third-party technology partners.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial organizations is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications will be an added advantage.
