Role Summary

Divay Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at its Rohtak facility. The role is responsible for driving production efficiency, ensuring product quality, optimizing costs, and leading high-performing production teams while maintaining world-class safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Drive manufacturing excellence through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maximize machine utilization, improve OEE, and minimize downtime, waste, and production losses.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, GMP, and statutory manufacturing regulations.
• Collaborate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Procurement, and Warehouse teams for smooth plant operations.
• Monitor key production metrics including productivity, yield, rejection rates, labour efficiency, and manufacturing costs.
• Develop and mentor production managers, supervisors, and operators to build a high-performance culture.
• Support capacity expansion, process optimization, and automation initiatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all EHS requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in hygiene products, diapers, sanitary napkins, wipes, FMCG, tissue, nonwoven products, medical disposables, or other high-speed manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing large production teams and automated production lines.
