About the Role
Ammycare is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager – Corporate HR
Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders in driving the
organization's people strategy and supporting business growth. The role will
focus on talent management, organizational development, leadership
capability, employee engagement, performance management, and HR governance
while ensuring that HR initiatives align with business objectives.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in manufacturing
organizations and possess the ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead
strategic HR initiatives, and build scalable people practices in a
fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational
goals.
Drive workforce planning, organization design, and talent strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor on people-related decisions and organizational
effectiveness.
Support business transformation and change management initiatives.
Talent & Leadership Development
Lead talent review, succession planning, and career development
initiatives.
Identify and develop high-potential employees and future leaders.
Drive learning and leadership development programs aligned with business
needs.
Performance Management
Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews,
and performance calibration.
Coach managers on performance conversations and development planning.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and high
performance.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Develop and execute employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
Strengthen organizational culture and improve employee experience.
Support leadership in driving collaboration, inclusion, and employee
retention.
Talent Acquisition Partnership
Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning and leadership
hiring.
Improve hiring quality and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
Ensure timely recruitment for critical business positions.
HR Governance & Compliance
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Support HR audits and maintain effective HR governance.
HR Analytics
Monitor key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, productivity,
hiring effectiveness, and employee engagement.
Present actionable people insights to leadership and recommend improvement
initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience
10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to
manufacturing organizations.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior business
leaders.
Strong understanding of talent management, organizational development,
employee engagement, and performance management.
Experience in fast-growing manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods, or
personal care organizations is preferred.
