Senior Key Account Manager – QSR (Dr. Oetker India)
Experience:
8–10 years
This role is responsible for managing and growing Dr. Oetker India's business
with major
Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
chains (such as McDonald's, Domino's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King, etc.). The
person will own strategic customer relationships, lead commercial
negotiations, identify new business opportunities, and work with internal
teams to ensure successful product launches and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with key QSR accounts and act as the primary customer
contact.

Develop long-term account growth strategies and acquire new QSR customers.

Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contracts, and RFPs.

Coordinate with NPD, Supply Chain, Operations, and other teams for smooth
execution.

Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to drive
growth.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely delivery and service
excellence.
Ideal Candidate
-
8–10 years of Key Account Management or B2B Sales experience in
QSR, Food Service, FMCG, Food Ingredients, or F&B
.

Strong strategic thinking with a
commercial and business-growth mindset
.

Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management
skills.

Experience handling large national accounts and achieving sales targets.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a
related field.
